MOM`s BAR-B-QUE SAUCE AND RIBS.

1 large bottle ketchup
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. brown sugar
¾ c. water, desired thickness.
Pour over ribs that have been broiled about 10 minutes on each side. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 deg. F (180 grader C.) for 90 minutes.
AUNT GRACIE´S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE.

1 Pkg. chopped broccoli (cooked 1 minute in boiling water, drain).
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. cheez whiz (tyk ostesovs fra Kraft Foods).
1 can cream of chicken soup
¼ stick or 2 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 c. milk.
Mix together and bake in buttered dish at 350 deg. F (180 grader C) for 45 minutes.
MARCIA´S CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE

1 ½ c. crushed chocolate
crème filled sandwich cookies (abt. 15-20 cookies)
¼ c. melted margarine or butter
1 can (14 oz) Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
3 pkg softened cream cheese (8 oz.)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. miniature chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour
3 eegs
Preheat oven to 300 deg. F. (150 gr. C.) Mix crumbs and margarine. Pat firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Beat cheese in a mixing bowl until fluffy. Add milk and beat until smooth. Add eegs and vanilla and mix well..
In another bowl, mix ½ cup chips with flour to coat chips and stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remainder of chips over top. Bake 1 hour or until cake springs back when touched. Cool to room temperature. Chill. Remove side of pan, refrigerate leftovers.
